This policy explains how LLMReady (“LLMReady”) handles personal data when you visit llmready.site, use the free tools, join the beta list, contact LLMReady or, once it is available, use the LLMReady platform (together, the “Service”). LLMReady is operated from House 1979, Avenue 5, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected].
1. Who is responsible
For data collected through this website, LLMReady is the controller (the party that decides why and how personal data is used). For data that customers send through the platform about the visitors to their own sites, such as IP addresses and user agents in server logs, the customer is the controller and LLMReady acts as its processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.
2. What is collected
- Beta list. Your email address and, if you typed one into the home page checker, the website address you entered.
- Contact form and email. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus anything you include in it.
- Account and billing data (platform). Name, email, company, plan, billing details handled by a payment provider, and the sites you connect.
- Crawl and log data (platform). Request records for the sites a customer connects: time, URL, status code, bot name, user agent, IP address and referrer. This describes the customer’s own visitors and crawlers.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, recorded in server logs when you use the site.
- The free tools. The llms.txt generator and the AI crawler rules tool run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to LLMReady.
Personal data is collected directly from you, from your browser when you visit, and, for platform data, from the systems a customer connects.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. It uses your browser’s session storage to keep the website address you type into the home page checker until you close the tab, so it can be attached to the beta form. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added later, a consent choice will be shown first where the law requires it and this policy will be updated.
4. Why data is used, and the legal basis

Personal data is not used for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and is not sold.
5. Who receives data
Data is shared only with service providers that help run the Service, under contracts that limit how they may use it:
- Web hosting and email delivery (Hostinger).
- DNS, content delivery and security filtering (Cloudflare).
- Email and productivity tools used to read and answer messages (Google).
- Payment processing, once paid plans are on sale.
Data may also be disclosed to comply with the law, to enforce the terms, or in a merger or sale of the business, with notice where the law requires it. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
6. International transfers
LLMReady and its providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in countries whose data protection law differs from yours. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another recognised safeguard.
7. How long data is kept
- Beta list addresses: until you ask to be removed or the beta list is closed.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to answer them, then up to twelve months.
- Account and billing records: for the life of the account and for the period tax and accounting law requires afterwards.
- Crawl and log data (platform): for the retention period of the customer’s plan, then deleted or anonymised.
- Server logs: for a short period set by the host.
8. Security
LLMReady uses encrypted connections, access controls and provider-level protections to guard personal data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, LLMReady will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. To use a right, write to [email protected]. LLMReady may need to confirm who you are first and will answer within the time the law allows, normally one month.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states. LLMReady does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You may ask what has been collected about you, ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and you will not be treated differently for using these rights. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf.
Other countries. Where your local law gives you further rights, they are honoured on the same basis.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at people under 16. Personal data from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child has sent data, write to the address above and it will be deleted.
11. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including the sources named in blog articles. Their privacy practices are their own.
12. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and people on the beta list or with an account will be told by email. Earlier versions are available on request.
