Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and LLMReady (“LLMReady”), House 1979, Avenue 5, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, covering llmready.site, the free tools, any beta and the paid platform (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company, and “you” means the company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LLMReady helps website owners see which AI crawlers visit, what they receive and what they send back, and serves them a clean version of each page. Parts of the Service, including the paid platform, may be offered as a beta or by invitation. Features, limits and prices can change, and beta access can be ended or withdrawn.
2. Accounts
Where an account is needed, give accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell LLMReady promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Only connect sites you own or are authorised to manage.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law or any third-party right; to attack, overload or probe any system without permission; to scan or test a site you have no right to test; to attempt to bypass limits or security; to reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it; to upload malicious code; or to resell or white-label the Service without written agreement. LLMReady may suspend use that puts the Service or others at risk.
4. Your data and content
You keep all rights in your content, sites and data. You give LLMReady a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use them only as needed to provide and secure the Service for you, for example to fetch your pages, store scan results and request records, and serve agent pages. LLMReady does not publish or resell your page content. You are responsible for having the right to connect your sites and logs. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy, and a data processing agreement is available on request.
5. Free tools
The llms.txt generator and the AI crawler rules tool run in your browser and produce text for you to copy. You are responsible for checking that text before you publish it and for deciding which crawlers may access your site. The tools are provided as they are.
6. No guarantee about AI behaviour
LLMReady does not control AI companies, search engines or crawlers. Nothing in the Service, on this site or in its articles promises that an AI system will read, cite, recommend or rank any website, or that a crawler will obey a robots.txt or llms.txt file. Standards such as llms.txt are proposals, and support differs between companies and changes over time. Information about third-party crawlers comes from their published documentation on the date given and may be out of date.
7. Fees, billing and taxes
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at purchase (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time. The plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Prices exclude taxes such as VAT, GST and sales tax unless stated. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase.
- Price changes apply from the next renewal and are announced in advance. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- Overdue accounts may be limited or suspended after notice.
- Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party systems such as content delivery networks, hosting providers and AI platforms. LLMReady is not responsible for them, for changes they make, or for how they treat your site.
9. Intellectual property
The LLMReady name, logo, website, software, documentation and written material belong to LLMReady or its licensors. Subject to these terms, you may use the Service for your own business purposes. Feedback you give may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
10. Availability and support
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond LLMReady’s control. Support terms and any response-time commitments are those of your plan.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LLMReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, traffic, ranking, data or goodwill. LLMReady’s total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
If you are a business, you will defend and compensate LLMReady against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your connection of sites you are not authorised to manage.
14. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop at any time. LLMReady may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service stops, and your data is deleted or returned according to the privacy policy and your plan. Sections that by their nature should continue, including 4, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 16, continue.
15. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use the Service where doing so would breach applicable export control or sanctions laws, and you confirm that you are not on a restricted-party list.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which LLMReady is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over disputes, except that consumers keep any mandatory rights they have under the law of the place where they live. Before starting a formal claim, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter in good faith by writing to the contact address below.
17. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced by email or on the site at least thirty days before they apply to paying customers. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
18. General
These terms, with the privacy policy and refund policy, are the whole agreement about the Service. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without written consent; LLMReady may transfer its rights in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Notices to LLMReady go to the address below; notices to you go to the email on your account or beta registration.
